This site is located in the hustle and bustle of downtown Green Bay, providing many excellent opportunities for off-site activities and community involvement. In fact, this site boasts 5-6 community outings per day! The program currently supports adults with developmental disabilities with significant behavioral support needs in a two-story open floor plan. Social Integration skills and community involvement are a major focus at this site.
On selected Saturdays, the Broadway site supports children and young adults, ages 12-21 in a respite program (Paragon Activity Club). The purpose of the program is to provide families with a respite alternative that encourages recreation and socialization opportunities for their children with disabilities.

- Health and personal needs include but are not limited to:
- Ambulation support (i.e. wheelchairs, walkers, canes)
- Incontinence care (i.e. depends, toileting schedules)
- Catheterization
- Diabetes care
- Special feeding assistance (i.e., g-tube, one on one feeding, choking prevention)
- Seizure support (vagus nerve stimulators, PRN protocols)
- Other conditions requiring daily medication administration
Staff to person ratio is 1 staff to 3.5 people.
