Paragon has seen steady growth over the past several years. Vocational Program Assistants are needed to provide program support and direct-care services to our clients.

Positions

Vocational Program Assistants supervise workers' activities, and provide personal care to participants.

Management positions supervise day-to-day operations of the centers and work sites, and supervise and mentor Vocational Program Assistants.

Drivers transport Paragon workers from their homes to the centers and work sites. Transportation is provided by utilizing vans, personal vehicles or small buses. Drivers also transport workers on field trips and other community activities. In some cases Vocational Program Assistants also serve as drivers.
