PARAGON INDUSTRIES OPENS NEW SITE IN WHITEWATER, WISCONSIN

Paragon recently opened a new vocational and work program in Whitewater, Wisconsin. This facility includes a large warehouse for work activities, fully accessible bathrooms, and plenty of activity space.

The focus of this program is vocational training and job readiness skills training. Workers in this program have an opportunity to develop a variety of skills, including remaining on-task, counting, sorting, packaging, and social skills in the workplace. Workers receive biweekly paychecks for the work they complete. It is also home to a branch of the Vocational Development Center.

The new Paragon program in Whitewater provides support to people from Walworth County, and people who live in community group home programs or apartments in the local area. It is able to support up to 20 people, and has a staff to worker ratio of one to six.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
