Our Staff
Rick holds a Master of Science degree in Vocational Rehabilitation, with concentration in Vocational Evaluation and Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. He has been with Paragon since 1994 and has worked in the human services field since 1988. Rick has extensive experience in directing work services programs and in the development of new services throughout the vocational services industry.
Julie started with Paragon in July 1998 as a Vocational Assistant and since then her job duties have expanded to include managing the operations of the Paragon Candles fundraising division. Julie has also started as a group home residential counselor at Paragon’s sister company, Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc. Julie lives in Watertown and outside of work she enjoys fishing and spending time with her two boys, Corey and Alex.
Mike began at Paragon in 2006 as a Vocational Assistant working at the Executive Drive location. Mike has recently accepted the position of Assistant Program Coordinator for Waukesha County. Mike graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee in May 2004 with a degree in Journalism.
Meghan began working for Oconomowoc Developmental Training Center, a Paragon sister company, in 1997. She began at Paragon in 1999. As the Vocational Program Coordinator for Walworth County, Meghan is responsible for overseeing all work-related programming for Paragon’s Whitewater location. Meghan is a graduate of Peru State College.
Jason has been with Paragon Work Services since 2001. His previous duties included marketing and administrative assistant duties, as well as managing the marketing and sales of the Paragon candles and Paragon Candle Store. Jason has recently accepted the position of Marketing Coordinator, and will be taking on additional duties related to community relations and overall marketing for Paragon.
Erik Martin is the Vocational Development Center Coordinator at both Paragon’s Vocational Development Center and Paragon’s Work Services Division. Erik originally started at Paragon as a graduate intern, majoring in Vocational Evaluation and Rehabilitation Counseling. He received his Master’s Degree in Vocational Evaluation and Rehabilitation Counseling, as well as his undergraduate degree in Vocational Rehabilitation, from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. He has been with Paragon since 1994. Paul currently has responsibility for overseeing all work-related programming for all of Paragon's Waukesha County sites.
Brenda started at Paragon in July of 1999 as a Vocational Assistant. She has recently accepted the position of Assistant Program Coordinator at the Executive Drive location. She also recently became a proud Grandma for the first time! In her free time, Brenda enjoys spending time with her children, and is looking forward to spending quality time with her new grandson. |
